The Saratov archive is located just a few blocks from German street in Saratov. The
building inside has been refurbished with funds from the German Consult.
The archive is very
clean with shiny floors, well organized and cataloged. They know what they have and where
everything is located.
Great care is taken when moving books from one place to another.
All books at the Saratov Archives are stored on metal shelves, well braced.
Everything is very clean.
The shelves may not be wide enough.
